Where to begin? My daughter and her family purchased their first home..great house and neighborhood however NO storage. I reside out of town so I googled organizing companies in the Grand Rapids, MI area. My first conversation with Shawne lasted forever because she already felt like family. Shawne and her crew added so much value to my daughter’s home. They developed and executed an innovative vision of organizing/decluttering with custom storage solutions. Shawne and her crew became part of my daughter’s family…they worked tirelessly with extreme professionalism resulting in a house that became a cozy organized home. Shawn, Kelly, and Stu have been apart of our family since November-April doing a full top to bottom organization of my house. They are absolutely wonderful to work with and it has been a real blessing to our family to meet our specific needs as a busy couple with two very little kids in a house built with very little storage. They are very detailed oriented and extremely knowledgeable! Genuinely such a lovely experience to have a home that is practical and functional as we begin our home ownership journey!

Even when the task feels overwhelming, Shawne has a way of breaking it down so it becomes manageable, efficient, and totally doable. Do you really need three sets of mixing bowls? Absolutely not. Shawne guided me through the process of downsizing two large living spaces into one much smaller space-without sacrificing the things that truly matter to me. I’m always amazed at how she listens carefully to your needs and preferences, then applies her incredible systems and tools to approach the project in a logical, stream-lined way. I’ve turned to Shawne many times for guidance and direction, and she always delivers with insight and expertise.

Shawne came to us nearly half way across the country when our family needed her the most. At a time when we were facing the laborious and monumental feat of liquidating our 87 year old father’s 50+ year Professional Tool business, as well as a lifetime of our dad’s acquired personal use tools, Shawne stepped into this very personal time to facilitate this undertaking. With an unexpected early auction date available for our dad’s Tool Sale , it was of the utmost urgency that this be done quickly and effectively. Shawne proved she was a no-nonsense, take charge kind of gal, while simultaneously reflecting a thoughtful, caring heart. She had an innate ability to step into a very personal situation and swiftly delegate the work load, and labor right along side of my family with a high spirit. My father’s tool truck, two stall garage, and a basement full of professional tools needed to be packed, loaded into moving trailers, and brought over to 3 storage units, where an online auction was to take place in a matter of a week. Shawne took on the tedious task of organizing like tools in lots, such that the greatest appeal and presentation could be achieved for a successful auction. This task would have taken more time than my family could afford. Shawne, you were a true professional, a true friend; demonstrating high organizational skills, efficient communication, swift execution, and above all else, thoughtfully taking into consideration that this specific time in our dad’s life was a personal milestone for him. Oh how you were able to make our father laugh at such a time as this…a bittersweet ending to a lifetime profession he was extremely proud of and reluctant to let go of. Thank you for participating in our father’s legacy, and putting his business to rest with much success. I most definitely recommend this spirited, hard working gal to make a lasting sweep in your life!
